Your username and password for WebHelpDesk is the same as you use to log into your computer.
If you are having issues getting to YouTube, personal email, social networking sites or you are having issues with your Y: Drive or network shares are not mounted, go to the start menu and in the search field type:
\\academicfiles\StaffShare\FacultyFilterPolicy.bat and click enter.
